My occasional assignments include shooting properties for realtors.  This one was a gorgeous riverside property in Aylmer for Claire Poirier, Courtier immobilier.

I normally shoot using mild HDR (high dynamic range) to get a better tonal range and balance the interior and exterior light graduations.  It’s a matter of composition, angles and ensuring the best features and details of the property are captured.  I always take advantage of natural light and rarely use external flash unless there’s a space with minimal natural light available.
