It’s 8:30am when I hear  screaming and yelling and look out my window to see my friends house ablaze directly across the street from my place. No one was injured, fire and police did an admirable job but at least one side of the duplex is a write off.  They think it was an electrical fault originating in the rear sunroom that started the fire.
